Termination or Cessation of Membership

POWER & FUNCTIONS OF GOVERNING BODY

1. The Governing Body of the society shall have the powers to expel/terminate a member or and members, from the membership of the above society, on the following groups:

  • On death.
  • On written resignation.
  • If found to be involved in any anti social activities.
  • If adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender.
  • If found guilty by means of anti propaganda of the aims and objects of the society.
  • If fails to pay the subscription of contribution for three months.
  • If has not attended three consecutive meetings.
  • If disregards Rules & Regulation or disobey the decisions of the Governing body.

2. The President of the society shall have the powers to expel/terminate a member or and members, from the membership of the above society, if member and members A) Found to be involved in any anti social activities. B) If adjudged by any court of law to be a criminal offender. C) If found guilty by means of anti propaganda of the aims and objects of the society. D) If fails to pay the subscription of contribution for three months. E) If disregards Rules & Regulation or disobeys the decisions of the Governing body. But it should be approved by 2/3 majority of governing body within six month of expel/termination.
