Official site of RNI http://rniefiling.gov.in/ is working properly. The publishers who was in the middle of the process of e-filing can complete their e-filing till 3rd of june 2014.

आरएनआई में ई-फालिंग का कार्य 31 मई रात 12 बजे से बन्द हो चुका है। परंतु जिन प्रकाशकों की ई-फाइलिंग प्रक्रिया किसी टेक्नीकल एरर के कारण अधूरी रह गई थी वो प्रकाशक 3 जून 5 बजे तक अपनी ई-फाइलिंग प्रक्रिया को पूरा कर सकते हैं। परंतु अभी आरएनआई की साइट पर टेक्नीकल एरर आने के कारण प्रकाशक इस कार्य को पूरा नही कर पा रहे हैं। लीपा से हुई बातचीत में बताया गया है कि आरएनआई की टीम इस पर काम कर रही है और जल्द ही ई-फाइलिंग की साइट ओपन होने लगेगी। ताजा जानकारी के लिये विजिट करें www.lipa.co.in

ई-फाइलिंग के सम्बन्ध में लीड इंडिया पब्लिशर्स एसोसिएशन लगातार महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां साझा करती रही है। देश में 94067 समाचारपत्र रजिस्टर्ड है लेकिन 31 मई शाम 5 बजे तक RNI में मात्र 21,010 पब्लिशर्स नें ई-फाइलिंग की है। लीपा द्वारा यह सूचना उपयुक्त समय पर अपनी ओर से सभी पब्लिशर्स और मेम्बर्स को साझा की गई थी। 31 मई 2014 शाम 5 बजे तक जो प्रकाशक ई-फालिंग के लिये रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने में सफल रहें परंतु उन्हें ऑनलाइन फाइलिंग में किसी तकनीकी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ा है, वो प्रकाशक अपने समाचारपत्र की ई-फाइलिंग 3 जून शाम 5 बजे तक कर सकते हैं।
जो प्रकाशक आरएनआई में ई-फाइलिंग के लिये 31 मई शाम 5 बजे तक किसी भी प्रकार से रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं कर पाये हैं उनके लिये लीड इंडिया पब्लिशर्स एसोसिएशन नई सूचना 2 जून को जारी करेगी। लीपा अपने सदस्यो को बधाई देती है जिन्होंने नियमों के मुताबिक ई-फालिंग करके आरएनआई की नई सुविधा का लाभ उठाया है।
IMPORTANT: Publishers, who have registered for e-filing of Annual Statements before midnight of 31-05-2014, but, for any reason, could not be complete the process of e-filing of their Annual Statements, are requested to ensure that they submit their Annual Statements through on-line e-filing within the next three days i.e. by midnight of 03-06-2014 positively.
IMPORTANT: Publishers who have successfully submitted their Annual Statements online are requested to ensure that the necessary hard copies of their e-filed Annual Statements reach RNI, New Delhi by 18:00 hrs. on 05-06-2014
IMPORTANT: Registration process for e-filing of Annual Statements would close by mid-night of 31-05-2014. All publishers who have not yet registered for e-filing are requested to kindly ensure that they register for e-filing of their Annual Statements immediately.
