According to latest information regarding submitting the hard copy for rate renewal there will be no extension of dates.
So all LIPA member and other publishers suggested to submit their documents required in Rate Renewal Process under last date. On last date ie., 31st October is Saturday so publisher has to submit their document on 30th October as DAVP use to close on every Saturday.
