Lead India Publishers Association is registering various problems facing by publishers during online submission of Annual Return. If you are also facing such trouble follow the steps given below under steps for e-filing.
This year old IPIN no. will not work so generate new IPIN no. RNI will not accept any hard copy. Publishers who are showing their circulation below 2000 need not to submit CA Certificate, but they have to fill the matter given upside in the Performa of CA Certificate.
Steps for e-filing:-
Step – I Register your publication afresh in “rniefiling.gov.in” to get IPIN number.
Step – II Take out the print of C.A. certificate form by Clicking here . Please fill the downloaded form and keep ready the scanned copy of certificate duly signed by publisher and C.A. while login for e-filing of annual statement.
Step – III In case where CA Certificate is not applicable, upload CA Certificate form with Publisher’s Declaration only.
Step – IV Login for e-filing of annual statement “From II” and “Annexure X” (in case of daily publications) by using registration number of the publication, password and IPIN.
Step – V Take out the print of e-filed annual statement and keep it as receipt for future reference. .
